I was there for the Judges statements and his cross-eamination, his defense attorney was completely incompetent. There were only a few onjections to Humphrey's statements, and only a handful of cross-examination questions. The Judge stated who scared he and his wife were when Dan posted their address on the website, but does he know you can google it? I left the courtroom and google his name and he and his wife showed up. If he was so scared why didn't he make a file the complaint to the Prosecutor? The jurors selected were a joke! Five women and one man all over 50! Yeah, that's really a jury of his peers. At least half of them should have been his same gender, they should at least be between the ages of 36-42, which is the average of Hoosiers according to the 2010 census. This is a black day in Dearborn County because tyranny had won. To all you half wits that think this is over, well connect with the other half of your brain! Who is going to press perjury charges against, McHenry, for fabricating the whole drive-by threat! Babalalalal dumbass!
