Dan Brewington was found Guilty of 3 charges of intimidation, 1 of obstruction of justice, and 1 of perjury. He was acquited of release of grand jury information. The jury- 5 women and one man- had lunch brought in and deliberated for about 2 hours. Brewington is now held without bond until his sentencing hearing set for 1 PM on October 24.There was some talk of a presentencing hearing as well, but no date set for that at this time.
