Ms Libbert- It is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong- very good title- and article as well.
Another point Negangard tried to promote was that it wasn't fee speech if it were false. False opinions or true opinions- seriously? Opinions are opinions- it's what you THINK! I believe Negangard is confusing opinion and fact. Actually I believe Negangard even confuses facts with facts. Hence he put McHenry on the stand at a bond hearing to testify to an alleged attempt of Brewington to get a driveby on Humphrey. Did he know that to be a fact? Did he even try to determine if anyone else saw them talking? And when the jail records show the two inmates never crossed paths? How does he explain THAT fact? He and his crack SCU detective ignore it...
