 I have a throat problem with attempting to swallow what Dearborn County officials believe is an individual's First Amendment right. It appears there are a number of individuals who have great difficulty thinking through what occurred in Dearborn County. If the newspaper criticizes a Judge in Dearborn County and the Judge gets scared--- does the editor get indicted for intimidation. One of the earliest laws thrown out was the alien and sedition act. I imagine it is now applicable in Dearborn County where the elected officials become afraid and the prosecutor uses the authority of his office to get us all in line behind the elected officials. I am not ready to put on my jackboots for any elected official--- judge or not.
