I'm still amazed at the folks that keep repeating "all he had to do was get a mental health evaluation". If you read the divorce decree you should know that wasn't all he had to do. One more time, we are talking about a man with a perfect record with the children. It's all been written before: no reports of abuse of any kind, no child services reports, no police reports, no complaints to the court about problems, no attempt to change the visitation schedule, and no recommendation by the psychologist that Dan was dangerous and should not see his children. Dan was denied an evaluation case file by the first psychologist and has not seen it to this day, even though the psychologist has testified that Dan was entitled to it by contract. Why would the results from a 2nd court appointed psychologist be any different. Then he could have 2 case files out there that he was not "entitled" to see. There was no discussion about Dan losing his children or that he was a danger to them at the divorce hearing.
