The foregoing happened in New York. Does anyone believe it cannot happen here. Look at McHenry's testimony on the drive by hit!!!!! In New York, the fellow was caught! In Dearborn County, the detective just keeps on testifying as the prosecutor desires. As Dorothy said in the Wizard of Oz: "What a world."
