All Dan has to do is present facts that he didnt commit acts against the rule IC 35-45-2-1 of Indiana code. Class D felony! A direct threat,not an assumtion of a threat!!The threat is to commit a forcible felony! They seem to be mixing the Class A misdemeanor with the Class D felony! That why Indiana has a law against vendictive justice! They charged him out of anger! And that he can prove with compitant attorney!!
