From a "not legal", but "common sense" perspective, I believe it is so sad that Dan doesn't appear to see how his own actions have contributed to this entire mess. I am not a Dearborn co. resident, but if I were, I would be angry at the amount of time, money and energy expended. Dan has filed so much, what appears to be, nonsense that required response. What about the self-employed people in this case also? Dan represented himself in many court appearances...thus costing him nothing but his time (I suppose you don't have to pay to go to court? ) Dr. Conner and others have had to pay, with their time which is their money. Not to mention the court processing costs…
I realize that my opinion is "simple", but it seems if he would have tried to work WITH people a little, much of this could have been avoided.
