 Dan will not take a deal because if he dose that would be an admission of gilt. And that is what the prosecuter wants Dan to say he did somthing wrong. Tipacal Dearborn county way hold you in jail till you can't take it anymore. Then shoot you a deal and you take it so you can get out of jail. Well I think the court system has a problem this time. Dan is a strong man and he is not going to Just roll over. He wants his day in court.
