Quote:"Clearly and most certainly it is plain to recognize that you don't know anything about me."
Analysis: When you have nothing to say and no logic or debating skills with which to win the day, use a lot of words and perhaps no one will notice that you don't have a point...
Quote:"I am the first person to stand up and fight for other people's rights."
Analysis: Spoken like a true politician -- say something that sounds good and might bolster your image, trusting that nobody will check what you have said before. Short of your opening attempt where you cry big, fat alligator tears about how sorry you used to feel for him (right after you try to convince us we have all been duped), your track record shows that you have very little to no concern for or even understanding of Dan's First Amendment rights. All that being said, perhaps you'd care to regale us with your adventures in standing up for somebody's rights...
Quote:In this case, I believe people other than the defendant also have the right under our Constitution to be protected which seemingly ls beyond you.
Analysis: Finally, something that might be worth discussing if only it weren't so darn vague (usually a sign that the basic premise is so weak that the thesis can't really stand up to close scrutiny). Pray, do expand on which rights need to be protected, for whom and what part of the Constitution applies. Though it may be beyond me, I promise to pay close attention.
Quote:"Let's hope you are not now, have never been or are thinking about becoming an elected official."
Analysis: None required, though it does give us some instruction to answer your first statement - suggesting that you may be young (and therefor lacking maturity in your judgment), thinking that parroting the writings of others is somehow witty or damning. I suspect that "I'm rubber and you're glue..." or "I know you are, but what am I?" will soon be making an appearance in your more incisive expositions.
Hmmm... young, with the instincts of a politician...xxxx, you wouldn't happen to be young Mr. McHenry, by any chance, would you?
