Ava sounds like my hero.
A shame no one speaks up more here of things that need fixin'.
An older guy just told me he has lived in D.C. for years, but is moving & renting his house because there is so much gunfire. It has ricocheted off his roof. He's moving because the deputy is friendly with locals and will blab and wont' do anything but cause revenge. He's sick of this and does not think the Sheriff would help.
It's a white version of Over-The-Rhine.
