Brewington cannot get a fair trial here. His lawyer doesn't even object to tainting the jury pool with this "protecting their identity" charade.
Check what kinds of trials use that tactic. Gangsters and mobsters and terrorists. Negangard is painting a picture for the prospective jurors and has apparently tainted the judge and the public defender also. They were over a half hour late. Were they meeting before the hearing?
The public defender had time to meet with the prosecutor and judge but not his client?
Dig the hole deeper Mr. Negangard. I think I know why Brewington has disdain for our court system.
