I just thought it was time to break out this discussion on a separate thread . . . . .

My take: I think the problem is that the bus company name may be different but it's still the same set of people that you are dealing with, as far as I can tell.

My 5th grader takes the bus to and from the Greenmont area and, knock on wood, there have been no problems so far. Sorry to hear there are still issues. In the past the principals have been great advocates for bus issues. I have been dealt with rudely in the past by the bus company representatives, but I just give it right back to them. To be fair, I've also had good experiences when I have called with issues, so it probably depends upon the frustration level at the time you contact them.
