I dont think Ill be going to the Columbus event.. I know Kris and Tracy, I think, are going..You guys will have to take alot pictures for us.
Not sure about the cookbook. The recipes are slow to come in.

OK... everyone who knows me, knows I'm not the most domestic person in the world and I'm all about easy.

Strawberry Shortcake...

Angel Food cake (store-bought, of course)
Frozen strawberries
Cool Whip
Splenda

Slice strawberries (as many bags as you want). Add Splenda (to taste). Layer cake, strawberries, and Cool Whip.

I also add blueberries sometimes. It becomes Red-White-Blue if you want to be patriotic.
