[> Cat, have you tried Hannah Howell or Linda Howard? They are very good. Also Pamela Clare, Emma Holly, or Stephanie Laurens. What type of books do you like besides KMM? Paranormal or historical? This might help with a list of Authors for you to try. -- Sheila Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket, 15:19:21 03/29/07 Thu [1]

[> OTHER AUTHORS for Lynn -- Suz, 21:27:52 03/29/07 Thu [1]

Hey Lynn -- The following authors are good: Diana Gabaldon, Karen Hawking, Stephanie Laurens, Janet Chapman. They have entertained me generously; maybe not as enthraulingly as KMM (the Fever series is a whole new venue!), but they are some of my favorties.
Let me know what you think

[> [> Lynn, try reading Sara MacKenzie..... -- Jo, 15:04:18 04/05/07 Thu [1]

Scrolled down and didn't see Sara MacKenzie metioned. Hope I'm not repeating. There are three 'Immortal Warrior' novels with another due out sometime the end of the year (?). Return of the Highlander (1), Secrets of the Highwayman (2), and Passions of the Ghost (3). They should be read in that order. Elizabeth Hoyt has two novels out also. The Raven Prince (1) and the Leopard Prince(2) and possibly another out the end of the year that follows. Have fun !

[> To tide you over..... -- Michelle, 18:11:32 03/30/07 Fri [1]

I have been reading the Dark Series from Christine Feehan. They are about the Carpathians (vampires). There is like 17 books total. She also has some pretting good ones coming out like, Deadly Game, Conspiracy Game and a few others.

[> [> There's always Julie Garwood historicals... -- Jo, 16:02:20 04/05/07 Thu [1]

Oops ! I forgot to mention Julie Garwood historicals. Didn't care for her contempts. SORRY!!! Ransom, The Wedding, Prince Charming, Saving Grace, Castles, The Secret, The Prize, The Gift, Guardian Angel, The Bride, and The Lion's Lady. ALL FIVE STARS !!! There are a few more to her historical novels, but these are the best. Julie will be writing another historical, maybe by the end of this year. Enjoy !

Thanks for the input. I've been on the site many times and it is impressive, isn't it ? I've even sent for the free bookmark with Julie's name on one side and all her novels listed on the other . I see that we have great taste in authors !!! Have you tried Sara MacKenzie 'Immortal Warriors' novels ? Return of the Highlander (1), Secrets of the Highwayman (2), Passions of the Ghost (3), and that's how you read them. Something until the next Karen book comes out, I mean...

[> Kresley Cole and Christine Feehan are both great authors, I'm currently eagerly awaiting their next releases. Another is Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter series. I've also recently picked up Maggie Shayne's Twighlight series and Lyndsay Sand's vampire book, and they are fun too. -- Heather, 21:37:16 04/03/07 Tue [1]

[> Tami Hoag is great! She has a lot of stuff being re-released as fiction/suspence that was orginally released as fiction/romance. It is fantastic. Great writting, complex charaters and plots. My favorite is Lucky's lady. -- Gwen, 23:26:12 04/04/07 Wed [1]
