Ok, the worlds are over and well done to all who qualified. Always exciting seeing all the new dresses and styles, but I am now thinking, in my very humble opinion, that maybe Gavin has moved onto creating dresses more in keeping of the 'emperor's new clothes storyline'. Obviously it's not because they are invisible, but because some were just plain umpleasent and I honestly wondered if people were thinking that they were so 'in' because they had a 'Gavin' they they will now accept anythink he throws together, and even worse, that others are standing round oohhhing and aahhing in awe at yet another Gavin 'creation' and then out of earshot dissing the dress, and it did happen a few times. It is a shame because some of the dresses he produces are lovely. Dress of your dreams? unfortunately some of the dreams appear to have been nightmares. -- For the love of the dance
