Subject: Every adjudicator will have something different they look for, but for most people who have danced it will be lack musicality that would really stand out. You find yourself tapping your foot, then stamping it and then your upper body starts to try to get the dancer to listen too. You can spot the ex dancers in an audience when a dancer goes out of time :)

I think the hardest thing to overcome is a loss of confidence, all the things that are listed, are physical, and with correction and practice they can all be rectified. But loss of ones confidence that is very hard to overcome. What do you do?
