 Mike how double dumb are you.HSOD was granted by the Lords of the Admiralty in 1815 during the Napolionic wars,very few have been granted this honour.Previous to that it was granted on only two occasions by Captain James Cook of the Bark Endeavour.P J in the land of Ozz
