Terry, Britain required 57 million tons of food a year to survive during the war, I often wonder if people know how this arrived in port, I don't say remember; as the people who lived through it do, and I don't expect people to think of it every day, but the politicians have got me beat as they put up a bulwark at every attempt to remember the Merchant Navy. They say that in parliament you can call anyone a whore a poltroon or a drunk never a liar, that would expose the whole bloody farce that it is.
