Any information etc sought on the SS. Lieutenant Robert Moray. A Merchant ship attacked by three enemy aircraft, armed with aerial torpedoes, on a coastal convoy. The SS. Lieutenant Robert Moray was a 3,176 ton steamship.

�The planes attacked in turn two attacking around while the remaining one made his swoop. The ship was struck in the stokehold at 7.45�. This was in December 1942, The ship was taken in tow and after 36 hours reached port.
