well des,
it just shows how small this world is.
i still visit gravesend on a weekly basis just to watch ships and other river craft,i find it soothing.(retired)
it only takes me 25 minutes from maidstone.
i have been in touch with the port authority,and they gave me the website that shows all the ships in or out,this is very helpful.
