Does anyone know why Laredo Pageant Production promotes that its a Scholarship Pageant, received donations from local businesses to issue scholarships to the winners. Whether it's Miss Laredo or Southwest. But they do not give the girls the Scholarship? I have heard this from the past that if a girl requests their scholarship the Laredo Pageant Productions give them a very hard time, to the point that the girls give up?
Has anyone had this issue with them? Wonder if the businesses that provide this, know that this is being done to the girls?
