Hey Cody,
I would be interested in knowing what happened also? I was there and I saw all of y'all lined up in the back....Did they not get to run?

What Cody is referring to is myself and about 15 other racers and 30 or more we brought to the track for the 2nd year in a row for the Memorial Day races and being treated like second class nuisance for even being there by the track officials in the staging lane. I don't know any of their names, Cody does but what they said not only to me but to everyone not just once but several times was uncalled for and the attitude that came with it. On my first pass of the night and probably (digging through box of timeslips over the years) the 50th or so pass at this track one of the track employees comes up to my window and says "I'm only telling you once so listen if you or anyone in your group drops A/C condenstaion on MY TRACK your outta here, got it!!" I looked at him and said I don't even have my A/C on and this is my first pass did someone do this in our group he replied "NO I'm just warning you so there is no confusion" I was like ummm ok this is not my first time at this track and have about 500 timeslips over the years I understand what your talking about but it wasn't warranted were a seasoned car club and understand the rules, now had we actually dropped condensation fine then say something but he and others did this to everyone in our group and to me on two separate times. Not being ass but the ONLY time the track was down was due to trailered in cars, one dropped coolant or water right when he was staging and when the guy almost hit the wall in his truck I bet non of those guys get treated this way. We had similar unwelcome last year and after the little attitudes this past weekend you bet we will never be back so I doubt you will miss the $500 plus in entry fees we spent with the group.

I don't run a door car but I can't help but wonder who it was that said that to you and the other racers that night. Do you know that person's name or can you described that person?
I do race at the Hill, just not a door car, and YES, a/c condensation IS a problem with some racing vehicles. It certainly is something that needs to be addressed but in the right way and not offensive. Tell us more, please. Thanks

First and formost....This is "MY TRACK" and I would like to know who it was that treated you that way. "MY TRACK" welcomes ALL racers and strives to treat ALL racers the same, street car, motorcycle or trailered car no matter. We are here for ALL racers.
We have had some problems with A/C, but that does not warrant the treatment that you received and I apologize for that.
We will continue to address the issue of fluids leaking on the track from All racers for the safety of all but this has to be done in a more professional manner......Ken Tucker

I believe his name is Ed (larger guy had on a black shirt, wears glasses) and is the one that talked to me on my first pass and several others in our group, the second guy that gave me the lecture was the skinny shorter guy working the tree he came up to my window while the track was down after the guy almost hit the wall in the right lane (we were next to run) at that point I was ready to leave, I had also asked not to spray water down when I and few other AWD vehicles come up all we do is drag water up to the tree and that's worse then the AC condensation but half the time they don't even look at who is in the staging lanes and start spraying the hose. Please don't take this as us being touchy or cry babies we just want to have fun and totally understand the rules it's not our first track outing just want a little respect like the bracket racers get and for it to be a win/win for the track owner and door cars that want to come and have some fun grudge races.
