Hey Lucky,
I DO still have my other 2 Super Comp dragsters. Race ready but I have not advertised them because of the economy. One is race gas Dominator 468CI BBC with Dedenbear PG Trans good tires, etc and runs 5.50's and the other one is a 512 CI BBC on injected alcohol with a Geradot upright injector and scoop and runs 5.20'S. Both for sale, race ready and CASH talks. I do also have a KB 540 hemi for sale. Serious inquiries only.

Re: Explain This Bullet Chassis Works -- BULLITTCHASSISWORX, 09:16:30 01/07/13 Mon [1]
SPEED COSTS! HOW FAST DO YOU WANT TO GO?? TURNKEY RACE CARS GENERALLY SELL BETTER FOR ABOUT THE SAME MONEY AS BUILDING ONE FROM SCRATCH.. NEW CARS WILL COST MORE FOR SURE..MY CARS ARE COMPLETELY CUSTOM MADE TO ALL IHRA AND NHRA RULES.. STICK CAR RACER HAS COUPLE REAL NICE HARDTAIL DRAGSTERS..READY TO GO! FOR SOME THAT IS THE WAY TO GO.. FOR OTHERS, SOME PEOPLE LIKE HAVING BRAND NEW CARS.. ONE THING IS FOR SURE, A BRAND NEW CHASSIS WILL LAST FOR A VERY LONG TIME, WHEREAS OLDER CARS ALREADY HAVE SOME ABUSE. I HAVE HAD THE EXACT SAME MOTOR AND TRANNY SETUP IN TWO DIFFERENT ALTERED CHASSIS.. ONE WAS BUILT IN 1988 AND THE OTHER WAS MY FIRST NEW CAR THAT I BUILT IN 2012. THE NEW CAR RAN 2 TENTHS FASTER!!!! OLDER CHASSIS LOOSE SOME OF THE (SPRING,) IF YA WILL..IM NOT PUTTING DOWN OLD CARS BY NO MEANS. IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT THE DRIVER WANTS AND HOW MUCH MONEY HE WANTS TO SPEND..BUT IT GOES TO SHOW WITH THE SAME MOTOR IN A NEWER CHASSIS ,, SOMETIMES IT GOES FASTER! NO MATTER WHAT , ALTEREDS AND DRAGSTERS ARE THE WAY TO GO FOR THE GUY THAT JUST WANTS TO GO AS FAST AS HE CAN ON THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF MONEY..LIGHT WIEGHT CARS JUST GO FASTER.. ALTEREDS WIEGH VERY LITTLE, MEANING IT DONT TAKE 1000 HORSE3POWER MOTOR TO RUN LOW LOW FIVES!! ALTEREDS IN MY OPINION ARE THE BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK!! AND SAFER!!

Re: Explain This Bullet Chassis Works -- Bullittchassisworx, 05:19:44 01/08/13 Tue [1]
Simple. Take a piece of bailing wire and work it back and forth. Soon it will break in half ! Same thing with race chassis. Bend it back and forth for a few years,, it becomes weak and starts to flex more and doesn't keep it's shape, soon it will sag if it a altered or especially a dragster. Hope this answers your question.

Congrats to Buddy for the new Door Car Track Record. I thought when Buddy got it tuned right he would set a new record for door car. I bet there are even better ET's in the near future for him. But Ummm, Robert???!?!? Is yours about ready to make a debut pass or two? I am expecting (as many of PHD's fans are)some pretty quick ET's from you, too.
Oh yes, almost forgot. I'll put another $1,000 on top of Ken's $100 for a new track record UNDER 3.999 for open wheeled/dragster class IF that racer can run those numbers on two CONSECUTIVE weekends. The payout will be made on the second weekend. Tommy are you in on this, too?

Re: Track record for door car -- Old Gray Haired Stick Car Racer in the Blue Shirt, 18:07:21 09/04/12 Tue [1]
Ok, I guess I should add that the new "Bounty", as Sick Brick described it, is for a new track record under 3.999 and is for the FIRST racer to do that. Since I don't have any major sponsors, uh hmmm, I must limit the "Bounty" to the first racer to meet the requirements. The requirements are to run the number or faster on two consecutive weekends. I have 10 green paper $100 bills cash money in hand to give to the racer who can meet the requirements.
We plan on coming back to the track very soon with our ride. The car is ready, we are ready, just waiting on cooler weather.

Barry, I'll add another $100 to Ken's $100 extra for the first person to break a standing record at the hill for this year (2012). Sort of a "bounty" on a new record, if you will. Of course, it's up to Ken to decide who gets what. To me, that includes rail, door car, and motorcycle. In usual prairie hill fashion, come and run whatcha brung and git it done!

I second that "Amen". Having the proper safety gear and wearing it properly is why I am alive today. The SFI certs of my gear were out of date and I would not have been allowed to run at Ennis or other sanctioned tracks but I do have it and I do wear it properly. I do not and will not spend the bucks to have all the certs made current just so I can run sanctioned tracks and that is 1 reason I run at PHD. I agree that all racers should find a way to either have the safety gear or not race their car. Any Amens to that?

Re: SHUT DOWN PRAIRIE HILL -- Sick brick, 10:50:13 08/07/12 Tue [1]
I agree with everything Chris said. Prairie Hill Dragway is a safer place to race today than it's ever been. If a person doesn't feel safe at the track, I think they should simply go to another track that gives them the safe feeling they are looking for. If bracket racers and index racers want a tech inspection, then I believe each group should appoint a "tech inspector" out of thier field to conduct what ever type of inspection each group agrees upon. If there is some sort of controversy or arbitration about an inspection, a majority vote of racers entered in the race rules. How hard would that be?
The Tuckers are offering a service to us at the Hill. When I come out to the Hill, I know what I'm paying for, and don't expect, or demand anything else.
The Hill is what it is. Some love it, some don't. However you want to look at it, it is still a great place for everyone to meet and have fun. I think we're all lucky to have a track like Prairie Hill. It's a lot more trouble, money, and time to race ANYWHERE else.

I agree with having a racer inspect the cars by bein voted in that's an awsome idea it keeps the field happy so everyone knows for a fact that everyone is honest and lightens up the load on Ken an the officials and there won't be any of this whining or anything
I don't race brackets yet but will real soon but that has my vote I'm sure the rest of the racers would agree unless they have something to hide I don't think anyone has anything to hide at the HILL

All the pointing fingers and saying there is cheating going on is getting on my nerves. I hate seeing good people thrown into something so childish because they are good at what they do. And no, I have never said anything to Ken or anyone. I sit back and watch everyone until I get overly annoyed with everyone. And that's when I open my mouth and voice my opinion.
My guess is that if it was anyone's friend being accused of cheating wouldn't it the least bit annoy you? Especially when you know it's not going on.
