Hey Chris, I recently experienced the same tire deflation situation. I guess I got a rock cut in the slick somewhere at the track. It was flat the next morning sitting in the trailer. A few days later, I bought new slicks and THEN I realized I could (should) have installed tubes instead of buying new tires. You and fellow racers might keep that in mind.
