I saw many posts about Derrick Lee on here. If it was slander and Derrick Lee was found not guilty, why did the states attorney just file a lawsuit against Derrick? The case obviously was never closed and it looks like they are pursuing charges against Derrick Lee for consumer fraud and deceptive business practices. According to the complaint Derrick was asked not once but twice to fill out the paperwork so they could get it approved and he refused. It also states that he never intended for the hospital to be the ultimate benefactor. That he had always intended to use the money to personally benefit by lining his pockets. The moderator made a point of stating that one of the purposes of this board was to warn people in Illinois of con artists. I for one am grateful that the truth has finally come out. Why are Kimberly Triani and Connie Larson the only witnesses in this complaint? Didn't Kim say a handful of girls said all proceeds? All I see are screenshots from other people's facebook pages. So they never spoke to these girls? What is this really about? Kim also posts that he's scammed over 200 girls. Why haven't any of these girls come forward?
