Subject: Her character is absolutely your business if your daughter is competing, but demanding honesty about the details of her private life is not. Be clear I am not defending her, but it's one thing to make a judgment call on her character and say "I've heard too many things about her to allow my daughter anywhere near her." Quite another thing to say "I believe she owes me full disclosure about her personal life." You should not need verification from her that she's cheating on her husband to know that she's got a bad reputation and you should remove your daughter from the situation. | |
