Subject: What I would suggest is contacting the Attorney General's office. When Derrick takes in entry fees without an executed contract as a director that is fraud. He needs to be stopped from doing this to other potential systems/contestants. They have already opened an investigation into the fundraiser for Lurie's hospital.
