 I did call Jan 6 times before I posted this. Her manager refused to leave a message for her stating "you tell me and I will forward it on to Jan." She stated that she is in vhage and Jan will relay what she wants us to know and she, the manager, will get back to us not Jan. This has happen to at least 12 people I know in various pageant systems but specially Miss USA as they are have a class there and we wanted to look at gowns too that day. I have called and every time I am told she is not there so before you call me fake know she is not a friend but a business owner of store that I have spent well over 10,000 in pageant gowns for my now 19 year old daughter and I stated that because she is not the problem and I did so specifically because her manager is and I was not bashing her at all. If you know her and know a way other than calling the Ottawa store because I called the other store and they very politely told me she is usually at the Ottawa store than please let her know that her manager is not giving her messages and having poor customer service which is making moms like me look elsewhere.I would shop her other store but it is to far to drive from the Northside to there.
