I am sad to write this, we just adore Jan but her manager is just plain rude especially to the employees. Does anyone know of a good pageant dress place in IL? I won't purchase from Kim's place for obvious reasons so I am not sure what would be a good place that knows the difference between a prom and pageant gown. Please write a letter to Jan, letting her know your feedback, marking it personal and confidential. Please private message her on her personal Facebook account to let her know you have a concern about service, and that you are sending a letter to her. Please be as specific and factual as possible. I suggest waiting two weeks, as she has been taking care of her mother, who just died of cancer. That may be why you could not reach her directly. I am not making excuses if you were not treated correctly. She cares deeply about her business, and will appreciate constructive feedback.
