I absolutely agree, who gives a rats a$$ I mean seriously a petition and such a stink. There would have been no problems if they would have used common sense! The issue is that the Board knew about it in advance They were fine until one person complained. If it was an issue, they shouldn't have let her compete. It did not violate any rules. They shouldn't strip a little girl of her crown just because in hindsight they feel there is an appearance issue.
