The issue is that the Board knew about it in advance They were fine until one person complained. If it was an issue, they shouldn't have let her compete. It did not violate any rules. Here's a better idea, let's rid locals of the stupid kiddie pageants. Girls under the age of 18 have no busines competing in pageants, let alone little kids.
