Subject: Karen is an awesome coach. She is great no matter what level you are. She tells you the truth and does not waste your time. She expects you to put the work in and if you do yhe rewards are yours. She is a strong woman and Helps others find their strength . Doubtful anonymous name calling by people exposed here would bother her. If I was still competing and wanted to win in a pageant and in life she would be my coach.
