In reply to: 's message, "Grace was one of the most talented and articulate ladies this pageant has seen. Too bad the board chose to tear down a teenager and then force her to wear an ill fitting gown when her state gown had been perfect. No this is not her mother, but someone who knows the whole story." on 22:42:11 08/14/15 Fri

As someone who competed with Grace, she is the farthest thing from a poor representation for our state. She was always so kind and she is honestly one of the most intelligent, talented, and hardworking individuals I've ever met. I was glad she beat me, because she deserved it. She's been on Broadway and won a 20,000 dollar scholarship for her platform work. And you know what? I think anyone would cry and be upset if they had to put up with half the things the past state titleholders had to put up with. - A former contestant (NT)No name10:54:08 08/15/15 Sat

And... I think this is absurd to even say this about Grace. I also know the family well. I remember talking to her Mom about some of the crazy things that were said to Grace. I'm certain that this was the year Grace dreamed of. I know when I talked to her Mom at the Reception they were done with this organization and were happy to be gone and disappointed that other states have great leadership and provide wonderful experiences for their titleholders. I hope this State gets its act together because this experience shouldn't be like this for titleholders. Grace I doubt you are reading this, but you were an amazing example of what I would like my daughter to become! (NT)No name23:02:31 08/15/15 Sat

Scott caused this. He is horrible and should never have been working with teens. Look who Amalia chose to be in charge of teenage girls. Scary isn't is. I'd cry to if he was my director. (NT)No name09:38:53 08/19/15 Wed
