Subject: No one really believes this. You can keep saying it, but the fact that she "quit", came back, "quit again", appealed and failed, and is now suing on behalf of the ISA, doesn't really make sense within the confines of the explanations you keep trying to convince us of. Several years ago, she personally told me that she was resigning, but that never happened. It's hard to believe when someone cries wolf every time they are upset about something.
