I have corrected Chaplin's height and added the correct signature for Jimmy Rogers.
I cannot view Chaplin's autograph from the links you provided.

As for the criteria: simple, if the actor is on the site then I want their autograph so long as it's them signing it. Don't care if it is a signed photo, contract or draft card.
