 Got this from Steve Massa this morning after I posted my review on my Facebook page:

Hi Dave - the kid that's #3 in the unidentifieds is Bobby Young (a.k.a. Clifton Young), who was "Bonedust" in a number of the silent Our Gangs, and was later support in features like DARK PASSAGE ('47) and BLOOD ON THE MOON ('48).
Unidentified kid #4 is Billy Lord who played a tough kid in many of the silent Our Gangs.
