At least, I think that is him in that screenshot from Our Gang's "Radio Bugs" (1944). His birth year of 1907 would make him 37 in the film, but he looks older. According to Charley Chase's "The Heckler" (1940), he is the announcer with the trophy - but that is Robert Sterling. Hmmmm a little confusing I think.
