((*pats him* I'm sure you'll probably treat him better than 'Suga did, actually. He was a plot device, and most of his personality involved his relationship to her Tsuga. Can't wait to see what you do with him. ^_^))

Seeing movement out of the corner of her eye, Talla turns her head to watch the man approaching the hearth, quickly recognizing why he's here when she spots the bowl. Staying quiet for a moment so as not to ruin his little Hatching - it would be wildly unfair to attract the hatchling's attention at just the wrong moment and end up Impressing it by mistake - the young woman smiles in sympathetic happiness to see him Impress the little green, as most dragonriders react to even a firelizard Hatching. All the while, she's trying to remember his name. I've seen him before, but where? She's still learning to keep track of all the riders on New Isle. Those from her Hatching and older she knows on sight, but the younger two sets still sometimes catch her up. She could just ask Mylanith - but Mylanith's asleep, and won't appreciate being woken up. Besides, as Junior Weyrwoman, she needs to know everyone's names and a bit about them without her dragon's help, and she's stubbornly forcing herself to learn those things the hard way. Mylanith makes it too easy. Oh! Recognition suddenly strikes. He was arguing with Tsuga during that Hatching Feast, when I tried to approach her. Tr'ln! A brownrider. What's his dragon's name again? Still determined not to call on Mylanith, she digs around in her memory for a moment.

His question startles her out of her attempts to recall it, and Talla gapes at him wide-eyed for a second before shaking her head and giggling softly at herself. "Yes, they did," she agrees, reaching down to stroke Chapter affectionately. "This one's Chapter, and the little ladies on my shoulders are Stanza and Verse," she adds, gesturing to the gold and the green in turn. "You're Tr'ln, right? I'm terribly sorry, but I'm trying to learn the names of everyone here, and I can't remember your dragon's." She blushes at the admission. "Could you tell me? It'll help me get it sorted out straight in my mind." She smiles hopefully at him.
