They had ten compete? Wasn’t Emily L Miss Maple City before? Did rules change; used to not be able to hold same title more than once. Where was last years teen queen, or did she go on to win state? The only requirement is $500 to the winner. Girls have been allowed to hold the same title more than once in Ohio for at least 15ys, they just can't win the same title back-to-back, and that's how it stands now. BeckyMinger was the queen of rotating titles. The local ED added titles so she could continually compete under them.
