I saw the 2005 USW&WR college rankings..the good news is that FU is still top tier in the National Universites category (big dogs), along with the Harvards, Princetons, Yales, Michigans...the bad news is we dropped to #70. A quick glance at our scheduled rivals in this category: Columbia is #9, Brown is #13, Georgetown is #25 and Lehigh is #37. Albany and Rhode Island are in the third tier or somewhere in the 250-300 range.

In the top regional liberal arts schools: Colgate is #16, Bucknell is #26, Holy Cross and Lafayette are #31.

I know this may mean nothing, but it's that time of year as HS juniors have made their decisions and fair or not, this is a resource used to help them decide.

RamRay, I think these are last year's rankings. Didn't we jump for 84 to 70? Maybe another move up is in the cards. (NT)Wondering16:20:17 04/28/05 Thu

Gentlemaen, I stand corrected. I think of '05 as this year (as.. it is!). In the '04 report FU was indeed ranked 84th. Some upward movement! (NT)RamRay11:33:26 05/02/05 Mon
