Secure and 24-hour dedicated parking areas, air-conditioned dorms with own bathrooms, concierge service available, large office space for their staff, cafeteria space and perhaps their own kitchen, press briefing space, real security protection, large lockerroom areas, state-of-the-art training rooms, etc.

There would be conflicts with other events such as coach's private camps. One big problem I see is that if their pre-season camp extends past the first week of August this would either be impossible or very difficult for Fordham to host since they're ramping up for the school year and hosting our own football team's camp.

In the end it may be unrealistic and too expensive for Fordham to host something like this. A larger campus would probably be more appropriate, such as SUNY Purchase.
