My guess is that even if Fordham isn't hampered by the I-AA label we might still be by the non-scholarship stigma and the perception that our program just isn't "big" enough (a situation I think wouldn't apply to Lehigh). If they do erase the I-A/I-AA distinction, I think Fordham would be in an absolutely prime position to make the jump up to scholarship football and start getting some quality away games. Then, put the new stadium on a fast-track and we could be back to some semblance of the good old days. -- FORDHAM RAMS FOOTBALL FORUM
