Subject: It's clear what your intention was with your post. Due to the fact that you don't have the intellectual capability to present a sound argument against going 1-AA scholarship in football, you have again resorted to a gutter-level comment that is quite frankly an embarrassment to those of us who value our Fordham education. Are you next going to invite me to join you in the parking lot for a high school brawl dance? Pathetic.

In reply to: An Old Coach 's message, "Thanks for the lecture. I just quoted what you said, that we were basiclally "out" of college football. I would think the coaches and players may take exception to that. I merely suggested you share that opinion with them." on 13:51:57 12/22/04 Wed

Re: Come on, fellows, it's Christmas. Let's put our differences aside for a couple days. For myself, I greatly enjoy participating on this board, (which is far and away the best PL board) and the passion which you all bring to it underscores the pride and spirit which you have for Fordham. She is fortunate to have you as graduates and/or supporters. I look forward to the coming year and continued growth and success for FU athletics. (NT)Go...'gate10:49:50 12/23/04 Thu

I merely suggested if you feel so passionately that we are essentially "out" of college football, tell the team that. They may agree with you and say,"Rambacker is right, playing in the PL is beneath us so why bother"? On that note, kick back and enjoy an eggnog on this wonderful day before Christmas.
