Northeastern was 5-6 overall, 4-4 in the A-10 this season. Not a very good team. I don't think Harvard would make it past the 1st round in the 1-AA playoffs this year, although they do get some very good athletes because they're Harvard. I think they would have done very well. I saw them play this year and they were an offensive machine. That QB they had was special. They seem to get a few guys every year who are 1-A level talent because those guys want that Harvard diploma. (NT) gordo 20:08:44 11/28/04 Sun

Harvard has always had a couple of 1-A level players for the very reason you mention. But we'll never know how they would have done in the 1-AA playoffs since the Ivy League considers itself above post season play.
