Not my point. It isn't always practical to get input. Which alums would you ask for input and how much detail do you ask for? You hire professionals to do a job. You have to let them do it. There is a structure in place (Gridiron Club), and the Administration could send emails to the student body and known athletics contributors, put a notice on the website and this board, etc. with a message as simple as "Here's something we'd like to get your thoughts on. How can we make it even better? Send all ideas to Dr. Byrne's office by X date using Y email address or Z phone number".
