Last I heard was Geoff made a request to Judge Donnellan to hold a hearing to hear his request for a new trial. She would not even give him a hearing which is unusual for a judge to do. He said if she will not give him a hearing when he makes his second request, he would appeal to a higher court.

I have read no articles speaking of a "mistrial" only a new trial request... the only place I have heard talk of a mistrial is here.

Pam, doesn't Elli have any word?
