Subject: Time for a poll...What "Obvious" thing did we miss?

CC is quoted as saying that the fans missed some "obvious things" and some "not so obvious", that will be illuminated in Season 8.

So, in your own humble opinion...What did everyone else (or at least the majority of everyone)miss that you didn't? Also, tell us if there is a missed explanation for a scene or bit of direction or dialog.

To start things off I would like to submit:
1)We never saw Scully leave Mulder's apartment in "all things" (most people assume that she went home when she dressed but maybe she didn't, all we know is that she put on her clothes and walked out of frame).
2)"They are NOT romantically involved if that's what you're thinking."(this dialog, from "Fight Club" was seen by many as being addressed to the fans by CC, but that would be a serious break in character for Mulder and, as far as I know, the X-Files has never dropped the fourth wall. More likely M was addressing S about the stunning parallels between them and their doubles but drawing the line at the MSR)
3)The deputy's baby in "Requiem" seemed uneffected by the alien bio-toxin that was on the floor of his nursery(maybe the children of these pairings have special gifts...leading us back to Gibson Praise & Emily & lil' Sweeps Mulder)
