I sort of rambled in the first post--sorry. I wonder if Scully put two and two together regarding the woman in the hat and Mulder? I also wonder if she felt guilty when she saw how disappointed he was and for treating his passions in such a flippant manner. Do you think that it was at this point when she started to recognize how she really felt about him? The ending (beginning?) was wonderful. Maybe she had to have time to decide her next step/choice since she told Daniel *no*. I sometimes wish they would show the episodes in a logical order. Oh well, that adds to the mystery!

This episode was filled with so much symbolism that I think I missed half of the significant points the first time. I think I may need to watch again just to catch a few more.

Any ideas anybody?
