Subject: There is a lot of symbolism in 'all things'....

...but I liked the use of the slo-mo to show us when some important event was happening. It was fun because those are the moments we always debate in these posts. We say this scene or that scene was important but we really don't know if it was or we are just using our overactive imaginations. In 'all things' GA slows down the action and uses variations on the heartbeat sound to emphasize pivotal choices. When you find your tape, I.Girl pay particular attention to what is happening each time the tick, tick, tick...drip, drip, drip...tap, tap, tap sound occurs.

As for the sex thing...I think it did happen here and Scully left to think about the radical change that had happened in her life. She took time to think about the new path that she and Mulder were on. I don't think Mulder would have been as hurt by her leaving as some people think because Mulder is coming to understand that Scully has some mysterious ways. He likes that she "keeps him guessing".

Rab-id
who likes this episode more each time I see it.
